Question: Best workout for a heavy girl!?
I don't work out and I'm just starting!. I have access to a gym!. What is a good plan for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 minutes of cardio jogging not walking!.
do lots of reps light weight lifting!. choose a weight that is easy to move but creates a slight burn!. do a different muscle group everyday: arms, chest+back, legs, abs,Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am underweight, but eat like a Trojan

I, and many other blokes prefer a "well built" girl!.
I cannot be doing with skin & bones!.

Happily married to a largish lady, and my past girlfreinds have all been a bit chubby!.

I use to weigh 295 pounds!. Now I weigh around 198!.!.!.!.I cut out alot of junk food ( like sugars, cakes, pop, etc) and I run at least 30 min or more a day!. Running slims you down pretty fast!. I mean, it's not going to happen overnight, but you'll get there girl!. Have faith :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
