some people are so thick on here arn't they, ignore the dumb ones who say see a doc!. i get them when i'm run down more so when i am doing a strict diet!. they are common and they are bloody sore more so when they rub on your bloody teeth lol!. when i get them i just a bit of my babys bonjela on them or something along those lines(any kind of teething gel) or if you go to a chemist and explain they will give you some kind of gel or spary for it!. hope this helps xxx

ps, it is not to do with cutting out bread!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need a Dr at all, salty things can give you blisters or if you've eaten anything rough like a pizza crust etc!.!.it can rub and give you a little blister the next day!. It'll be gone in a couple of days!. the banana probably did it, they give me red spots on my tongue, it's the potassium!. it's not related to cutting out bread don''t worry!. It may have been the grain bar, a little grain kernel may have nicked your tongue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
