don't count on diet pills alone!.!.!. Don't eat foods with high fat calorie count or lots of fried/ sugary foods! plus!.!.!. run a lot!!! this helps!.!.!. lifting weight builds muscle, but usually doesn't cause a lot of weight loss!.!.!. keep trying! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
