Question: I want to lose weight!!!!?
I want to lose alot of weight as quickly as possible, I am 100% motivated and focused and I am willing to do whatever it takes!. What are the best exercises to do!? what are the best foods to eat!? And what are any other tricks/sugesstions you may have other than taking a weight loss supplement or diet pills (had a bad experience with those before) Thank YouWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, It's great that you're so motivated, but mind you, everyday when you wake up, you have to remind yourself of your goal!.

I recommend that you make a vision board with pictures of actresses whose body images you admire, it'd be even better if they have similar body shape,, each morning you wake up nsee that, you remember why you want to make an effort to lose weight n you remotivate yourself!.You might like to write the main reasons you want to lose weight and hang them on the wall too!. It's not about the WILL, it's about PERSISTENCE!.

Concernin the best excercises, each one of us has a different body shape, even more important, we have different preferences when it comes to excercicing, some do yoga n others do cardio n it works for both!. So i'd say that you do a little research about different types of excercises takin into account your body shape and how much you need to lose, the internet has EVERYTHING! you dont have to have a "personal trainer" as some might assume!. If you're smart n focused enough you'll get all the info you need!.

From my own experience, Cardio works "fastest" (i lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks on my own) takin into consideration that you do it no less than 5 times a week, for MINIMUM an HOUR!

Also what served me very well was not eating (here i mean not consuming any calories, not even sugar in drinks) after 7 pm!. It makes you sleep better, you wake up feeling light and energetic and not craving sweet stuff or anythin!.

A little thing i figured on my own also is eating more when it's early in the day, because calories have a better chance of being burned!. This means a BIG BREAKFAST (which is great, since you stopped eating 7 pm the prev!. night so you're hungry!) then try to lighten your intake throughout the day (big breakfast will make you feel full already!)

hmmm, ofcourse junk and soda are OUT (not even DIET soda) the sweet taste of diet soda makes you crave more sweet stuff, so it's all out, switch to tea, it has countless types and it's very healthy!.

When you wake up, before eating anythin, drink a mug of lemon tea, that is boiled water and half a lemon!. it is SO CLEANSING! i learned that from a detox diet!

Keep your focus strong, cut calories every chance you can, if you're at the market and you're buyin somethin that has low fat/less calories alternative, get the alternative!. If you have the option of walkin instead of drivin, walk!. you get the picture!

The last thing i can tell you is do not focus on the outcome, like don't weigh yourself everytime you get back from the gym!. this is incredibly disappointing!. you have to ENJOY, enjoy it anyway you can, until you enjoy the process, yo uwon't see results you want!

Focus on being HEALTHY and FIT!

Let's recap:
Lemon tea(you can add one tablespoon of honey)!.
Big breakfast then lighter meals throughout the day!.
No eating after 7 pm!.
Do cardio at least an hour 5 times a week!.
Cut calories at every possible chance!.
Make more excercise at every possible chance!.

Drinking water will help your body to be more hydrated, which in turn is better for your metabolism!. But do not stop eating or replace meals with water, like the goof at the first answer told you!. That will place your body into starvation mode and you will not like what happens as an after-effect!.
Start off by paying attention to what you eat!. Avoid low-carb, low fat, etc!. These products may lack what they claim to lack, but there is always compensation for it somewhere else on the label!. It's a sale tactic!. A product could say "Low fat," and then you check the sugar content!.!.!.HIGH! Eat normal foods and make sure that you are eating a balanced diet!. Too much of anything is not good!. I ate all I wanted, but I ate a wide variety of foods and stuck to the very colorful fruits and veggies, ate any type of meat I wanted, and took in sugars/fats/salts in moderation!. I lost 80 lbs doing this!.
Forget diet pills, patches, drinks!.!.!.they are a scam and only affect you mentally!. They are useless!. Your body doesn't need all of that!.
If you start working out, your body fat will begin to decrease, but your weight will increase!. Muscle weighs 3 times as much as fat does!. Let's say I hand you one bowl in each hand!.!.!.one filled with fat and the other with muscle!. Same sized bowls!.!.!.the fat will weigh 1 lb while the muscle bowl will weigh 3 lbs!. You want to rid yourself of body fat!?
Cardio!. Running!. Even a brisk walk will help!. I hate working out, so I became one with my inner child and decided on something fun!. I played some hardcore paintball, played Manhunt in the woods (hide and seek, only more intense), etc!. It's goofy, but it works!. A few years ago I tried the milk diet, which you consume 24!. oz!. of low or non-fat dairy products in 24 hours!. This can include cheese, yogurt, etc!. fruits and vegies diet!. lots of protein!. less carbs!. 30 mins to 1 hour workout!. im sure youve heard of 4-6 small meals a day or so!. some say it works some say dont!. but i am eating fruits in between meals!. to subtitute carbs and keep myself full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
