Help me im fattening up.?!


Question: Help me im fattening up!.!?
Basically Everyone Says Im One Of The Skinniest Persons Ever, But Im Small Aswell But The Thing Is I Dont Feel Skinny!. Im Not Eating Very Much Anymore Either And I Think The Problems Are Related!. Im 13 Almost 14 And I Weigh Half Way Between 7 And 7 And A Half Stone!. Im Just Over 3/4 Of The Way Up A Average Door In Houses!. My Stomach Is Not Fat, Its Skinny I Suppose But Its Like Im Constantly Bloated And My Stomach Skin Has Stretched I Look Down At It And It Puts Me Off Eating!. I Have Fat Rolls :|


I Was Just Wndering On Any Ideas On How I Could Tone It Up, Or If Theres A Way To Loose Stretchy Flab Ness :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are very young!.!.!.your body has not finished growing and so isnt even in proportion yet!.!.!.have you started your periods!.!.!.this can make tummies feel bloated!.!.!.oil of evening primrose and a healthy diet of 3 meals a day and lots of fruit, veg and water will make it go down!.!.!.!.ask at your local chemist about oil of everning primrose!.!.!.incase its not safe to take at your age,,,but really!.!.!.your "fat rolls" are just hormonal and will even out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Second - you sound perfect as you are and indeed very tiny - just enjoy the sun and go swimming or cycling with your friends which is all great exersize and will give you more energy and make you feel less sluggish - fresh fruit and veg as well as water will help but seriously just enjoy being a teenager and be healthy :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to keep yourself fit and healthy is to eat healthy food especially green veggies, drink plenty water and above all do exercises which suits you!. In very short period your will see yourself changed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to GNC and purchase some muscle milk!. it is loaded with calories but at the same time provides your body with essential vitamins!. also gives your body healthy carbs, and not like carbs from a burger kingWww@Answer-Health@Com

at your young age, don't worry too much about your weight!. just enjoy eating and eat well!. exercise too whenever you can!. stay healthy, girl!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat healthily and do exercise like sit-ups reverse crunches but don't turn into a freak i mean you're only 13Www@Answer-Health@Com
