How to loose weight?!


Question:

How to loose weight?

well im a coll. student, and dont get time for gym and all that. so tell me some home exercise that i can do daily, and what should i eat to loose weight, as my mom is doing a job, so she dont get time to make special health type food.

do 30-60 mins of cardio walk eliptical ec...
eat fruits and veges
eggs are good too but not fried
lean chicken and fish
and lots of whole grain
