Gimme a workout??!


Question: Gimme a workout!?!?
Ok, I'm 13 and I'm not overweight, I'm normal weight!. I don't want to be skinny, but I do want to 'tone up' some!. Can you give me a workout (about 20-30 minutes long) that I could do today!?!? Then tomorrow!? I know I have to do more each day for it to be affective, but I'm not sure how much to do and how much to increase!.

Also I want to work out my thighs (they are too big lol) and my stomach mostly!. Idea would be appriated, thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you might not have the means or the time to wait but I just bought "One on One with Jackie" and love this DVD!. Each workout is for toning and 20 minutes for each section!. What she does with the view is different basic exercised but does each for a minute straight!. So, do squats for a full minute then go into a squat with your feet turned out, like a ballerina, do that for a minute, lunges do forward for a full minute then backward for a full minute!. Now, you can also do the same with different crunches you have learned and arm workout!. Use your own body for resistance!. Toning is perfect for your age and it's good that you don't see yourself as overweight!. A good self esteem with healthy wishes is the best way to grow up!. for thighs, runing is the best, like on a treadmill for 10 minutes everyday, with an incline of 0!.5 for a starter!. the 0!.5 incline on the treadmill works out your tummy too!. And after the running layback on the floor, bend your knees, put your wrists around the back of the head and touch your left elbow to your right knee and the right elbow to your left knee!.
The running makes you lose the unwanted stuff and makes your muscles loose, the 'abdo' exercise hardens the muscles and in 2 weeks you'll feel it!.

Note: Always run in the begining of your exercises! Dont try aerobics and weights at your age, try as i said, it'll be perfect for your body, respiration and you'll feel active, dont over do the 10 mins for the first two weeks!. Let me know the results!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to do these 3 times a week: leg extensions, lunges, leg press, squats, triceps push downs, and dumbbell curls!.!.!.!.those exercises will work out ur legs (thighs) and arms(toned arms)!.!.!.!.!.

Core (stomach): u can do a standard crunch, hip lifts, Oblique crunches, side plank dips, push ups, heel crunches, bicycle crunches!.!.!.!.all of those workouts work every muscle in ur stomach!.!.!.try to do these 3 times a week!.!.!.!.and always flex ur stomach while doing these workouts!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
