Losing my stomach pouch?!


Question: Losing my stomach pouch!?
i'm 5'2' and 122 lbs (and 15 years old)
i have that horrible little pouch under my belly button, and i need it to go away! D:
i'm eating only fruit/veggies/whole grain things for snacks, and i rollerblade 1-2 miles on a hilly route every day!.
will the cardio from my rollerblading and watching my diet be enough to get rid of it!? i'm also doing one set of 15 jackknives every day, but i heard that crunches will turn that pouch into muscle, not make it go away!. is that true!? please help! thanks (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to tone it! Do crunches!. They tone the lower abdomen very well!. Also, yoga tones the whole body!. :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

to improve your stomach, you should go on the south beach diet and basically cut out all carbs for two weeks!. by the end of those two weeks, basically you can lose up to fourteen pounds, most of them in the mid section!. oh, and crunches only work if you have no fat on your stomach, since they define the muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
