How do I loose my last 10 baby lbs?

I am 5'6" and 135 lbs. I want to get down to between 120 and 125. I already lift weights 3x's a week, run between 1 and 3 miles a day for cardio and I am eating no more than 1500 calories a day.


Answers:

Do what your doing, but make sure you increase the intensity and duration as you go. If you continue with the same workout plan you are only going to maintain your current weight. Lift heavier weights, go for longer runs or pick up the pace of your runs. Main point is - if you don't increase your workout plan you are going to have trouble losing the last 10 lbs....GOOD LUCK
