If people lose weight (fat) do they lose strength?!

Question: If people lose weight (fat) do they lose strength!?
Answers:
To the person who posted above me, fat DOES NOT turn into muscle!. Ever!.

Now, when you lose weight based on diet and exercise you will be losing fat weight!. What happens is basically your fat cells will shrink in size as their contents are used for fuel during exercise!. During this time, you probably aren't eating a ton of protein or lifting too heavy since you're probably focused more on cardio, so yes, you may lose some strength as well!.

Losing weight usually means losing fat and a bit of strength, but that's ok!. People who try to maintain their strength levels while losing fat usually fail at both!. Ask any strength and conditioning coach and they'll tell you to lose weight first, accept the small strength losses, and then begin to increase strength again once you're lean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can loose muscle when you are loosing weight and if you do then yes, you are loosing strength, but if you are only loosing fat, then no you will not loose strength!. That's why exercise is important when you are loosing weight because you will gain strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
