What is a good "diet" for a very picky eater.?!


Question: What is a good "diet" for a very picky eater!.!?
I am trying to lose about 20-30 lbs!. I have joined a gym and walk to and from work everyday(1!.5 miles)each way!. What are some foods I can eat regularly to keep the pounds off!. I am extremely picky, I don't like most veggies, love fruit, hardly eat red meat or pork!. I do love poultry but also don't like seafood(except tuna)!. Yea I probably don't have many options!. HELP PLEASEWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you do indeed like fruit, then things like strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries are good for snacks (as they also help burn fat cells)!. Another good snack is yogurt, which had been said to actually eat at fat cells within the lining of the stomach!. I would comprise my lunch of a turkey, roasted chicken breast, or tuna sandwich, pretzels, and yogurt!. Eggs are good breakfast ideas because protein is key in every diet!. The biggest problem in today's dieter's is that they shy away from proteins and find themselves snacking all day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
