i recently lost 13 pounds in one month!. its actually very simple and im here to help you!.

1st, if you want to lose weight, you have to trust yourself!.

2nd!. If you want to do it quickly, no dessert!. none!. I don't care if you wanna have some Ben and Jerry's, you're just cheating yourself and it's stupid!.

3rd!. The first time you feel hungry or bored, and feel like eating, drink water!. Water can hold me over for at least an hour, if I drink enough (about 2 cups)

4th- Everyone knows, SMALL PORTIONS!. Just think, after every time you eat a huge meal!. You feel bad about yourself, and its natural in the society we live in nowadays!. But immediately look at your dish every time!. EVERYTIME, and say to yourself "Do I realllllly need this much!?" No you don't!.

5th- At 13, I'm guessing your somewhere around 110, 120!? I really don't know!. So eat 1650 calories a day!. And count!.

Calories are all that matters, thats it!.

But some people say, "Why not eat hamburgers all day, its still unhealthy"

Yes, it is very unhealthy, but if three hamburgers fill you up, your a liar!.

So the point is, the healthier foods you choose, the more you are allowed to eat!.

You would be surprised, but just to give you an idea, a bowl of Frosted Flakes, that an average person would eat, is already 500 calories, 1/3 of what (you) should eat to lose weight!.

Please, I'm begging you, do not look like some girls!. So skinny, its disgusting, unhealthy and just weird!. Guys don't want that, and please don't do that to your body!. If you think you need to lose 5-10, lose 10 max and stop!. please!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont drink soda or eat candy
drink alot of water and only water
walk around your neighborhood with friends
do that for 2 weeks and you should see a difference
