Answers:
my "frame of mind" is not exactly like yours but is on the same path!. i think the answer lies within a range of a thought, "how much the "thinner me" will have possitive impact on me and "not (:)) -thinner me" will bring the negatives!.
once you narrow down the gap in between those two, you are probably more clear with one side over the other!. hence providing you with stronger urge or motivation as you focus on specific outcome making you to become more consistent!. for me, i battled through being approx!.35lbs over weight (then i usually was throughout my life) last couple of years!. and as you are, my "frame of mind" just refused to be consistent!. then, i recently lost over 25lbs(within 3month)!. -ironically, it all happened after i had a major battle with my hubby!. his obnoxious comment about my weight somehow lead me to think, "am i really that fat!?" usually i'd trash his neanderthal behavior and remarks but for some reason, i found myself thinking this time!.!. perhapes beacuse it was a subject which i haven't had a chance to think of over last few years!.!. !. at first, i had to brain wash myself reassuring that i am thinking about this independently (he's just a reminder-alarmed-toy-dog- barking at me) and thought about it more seriouly afterward !.!.!. i began focusing or tuning my mind and came up with, "i want to lose weight for my health!!!!" !.!.!.!.!.:) then i started selecting healthier food with regular exercise and etc!.!.!.!.making me climb down to be where i am now!.!.!.!.!.yes, the inner-me is trying agressively yelling out every now and then, YOU R DOING THIS FOR YOUR HUB!" or!.!.!.!.,"I LOVE JUNK FOOD!" wanting to pull myself back to where i was previously!. but when i am mentally (i mean seriouly) focused with desire wating to be healthy or just maybe even look nicer, !.!.!.it is working pretty well so far !.!. ** finally - i believe that when one can clearly recognize why certain goal need to be acheived or how is it gonna bring him a productive outcome, his other opposing side of thought will automatcially be deleted and new solid frame of mind with strong motivation wil take place!.!.!.!.** best of wishes and good luck with your decision!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to look at working out as a relaxing time where I can separate from the world, time stops and its about me and working out!. Nothing else matters!. Once I am in the gym, I no longer worry about time or get into a rush; I am there 100%!.

Making working out fun is important, ok it will never be six flags fun but it can be a good time you enjoy!.

As for me when im out I usually look at all the fat people and see what they are eating!. There are so many fat people starting at age 30 and up that it is just amazing!. You can look around say at the food court and find fat people lined up for pizza and 1 thin person getting a small sandwich or some small Chinese meal with broccoli!.

As for those under 30 they are fatter than ever!. There are some who are thin but that is just youth working for them!.!.!.not good choices!. When i was in school in the 80s we had maybe 1 fat kid who would be teased!. They arent teased anymore because they are the majority!.

i have been 263lbs my largest and I have been 195lbs and less that 12% body fat!. Today i am in the middle and going down!.!.!.!.I love the difference in how I feel!. I like not getting winded tying my shoes, or having my gut get in the way, or being too big for my Vette!. I like the added mobility, the looks I get from the ladies and just being fit so that I am ready to do anything!.

I have changed my life from TV and food to bicycling, walking and swimming!. Who knows I might just take out a row bout, or go hang gliding for the heck of it because I can and I feel good!.

The choice is simple, live for food or eat food to live!.
Is food worth living for!? Converse to the previous poster I would say you have to give up so much if you live to eat!.
On the bright side you will never miss a tv show and your azz groove in the sofa will be well worn in!. Your body will also compensate for all of the sitting by making your azz super sized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
