Im 13 and im obeese.?!


Question: Im 13 and im obeese!.!?
I have always been chuby but now it has came to the point where i look at myself in the mirror and cry because i a so disgusted by what i see!. I just need to try something new i have tryed all differeent types f diet but none work, please tell me if you have ideas and i dont appreciate any bad comments i already feel bad now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel!. Sometimes I look in the mirror and just feel disgusted but heres some tips that may help you!.
Jog for about a mile a day!. Eat only 3 meals a day and 1 snack(fruit or something healthy) Or if you don't like jogging then if you have a bike, ride your bike a couple miles or so!. Trust me, its easier said then done but exercise is the best way to burn calories and make sure you eat healthy!. You can go and diet all you want (I personally would not suggest doing it at 13), but the most important thing for you to do is exercise!. Don't run away from gym class!. Try it for a sport, any sport doesn't matter if you're good at it or you like it (you might find something you do like) and want to do everyday (except cheerleading!. It's not a sport!. Although you will be very active, vomiting to reach weight requirements is not suppose to be a weekly/daily activity)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweetie! Do not feel bad! I think it may just be that you are not excersising!. Just try running, walking, or jogging for thirty minutes about 5 times a week!. Also, diet foods do not work!. You just need to be eating healthy food like more fruits and veggies and grilled, lean meats!.

Do not eat any greasy crap you would buy at a fast food chain!. Meats like grilled chicken and grilled fish are an excellent source of protein and they are low fat!.

Diets do work, depends on what you've been eating!. There're lots of hidden fats in food!. >>hamburgers, pizza, chinese food, curry, pie, chips especially

Basically there're lots of oil used in cooking these foods, so whenever you eat these foods, you eat extra fat!. You need to cut these foods out!.

And there're lots of carbohydrates in certain foods if you overeat even a bit >>white bread, sweets-lollies, chocolate

You can eat sweets!. Just don't eat too much at one go!. Your body needs sugar by the way!. Eating sweets throughout the day is actually very good for the body!. That's what diabetics do!.

And if you want to lose weight those weight, get active!. In any way, here are some fun things to do: clean your bed room and maintain it, clean your house, do the gardening, walk/cycle to school, go out and take a walk so you don't feel like eating!. DO anything, anything uses up energy and if you keep working at it, you'll definitely lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to firstly speak to someone like your parents or a doctor!. Then, have a think about what you eat during the day!. Can you substitute some food for fruit or vegetables!? Can you change from regular drinks to diet drinks!? Is there any way you can be more active!?

sorry but I don't feel sorry for "fat" people!. I mean they can see that they are getting bigger and bigger but still don't do anything about their mass!. A walk wouldn't kill you, eat lite, go swimming, things like that!. unless you want to think about what you will become by age 20Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are concerned about your weight, talk to your parents and get them to take you to a doctor so the doctor can tell you if you are obese or just overweight, and you ugys can come up with a HEALTHY diet plan!.
