cut out all junk foods and sweets. Eat ONLY veggies and other healthy foods. Exercise daily. Example : Bike, Run, Jog, Walk, crunches, push-ups, sit-ups, ect. IF you are trying to lose belly fat, try this....
When I started this I noticed a change in the first 3 days. I fit back in some pants that use to make my sides hang out. The only thing I was doing was sit-ups and when I wake up in the morning I eat like 5 large scoops of plain yogurt. THIS WILL BE KINDA GROSS! Anyway its March 4 and my belly fat on the side is like almost gone and my stomach...have abs/lines like abs or forming. I look great. I’m young and ready to go to the beach!
P.S. - i posted this for an answer on March 4th to a person who wanted to know how to get a flatter stomach.
