I need to shed some lbs, I have great success with the Atkins diet but when I work out or run I bulk because of the high intake of protein, any suggestions?

you dont bulk because of high protein- you do than because of your genetics and workout routine.
to lose weight you have to do cardio (which is the only fat burning exercise) 4-6 times a week for about 45min and do light weight training 2-3 times a week. (light weights - high and slow reps)
