Question: Got any healthy (different) ways to eat boiled eggs!?
Any and all suggestions are much appreciated!

Must be healthy and low-fat though!.

I love boiled eggs, but dont know too many cool different recipes or ways to eat them but the average!

I like to eat boiled potatoes with a little butter and salt and pepper topped with sliced boiled egg

I had it for dinner last night, it's really good, especially with a little hot sauce! Actually it's one of my favorite dinners, but I really like potatoes!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Guiltless Egg Salad

Ingredients :

3 Large Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Tablespoon Minced Celery
1 teaspoon Pickle Relish
1 teaspoon Green Onion, minced (white part plus a little green)
2 Tablespoons Kraft Fat Free Mayo
2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Dill (optional)

Method :

1!. Peel the shell off of the eggs!. Remove the yolks from 2 of the eggs and discard!.
2!. Mash the eggs up with a fork until fluffy!. Mix in the remaining ingredients!.
3!. Serve chilled on low calorie bread, crackers, salad, etc!.

for additional points!. Serves: 1 (approx!. 3/4 Cup)

Per Serving:

135 Calories;
5g Fat (34!.5% calories from fat);
13g Protein;
8g Carbohydrate;
1g Dietary Fiber;
191mg Cholesterol;

cut them or smash them and put them on a salad!. low-fat salad dress ing is good on top because the egg will, like absorb some of it!.

slice it!. but it on a sandwich with chicken or meat of your choice!. whole wheat, lettuce or tomatoes, bread and mustard!.

devilled eggs: the same method but instead of loading the egg white with a huge glob of the yellow mixture, just add enough to be able to taste it, then top it with finely chopped raddishes, relish, cucumbers and paprika, or some other vegetable type or something!.

Try it on a garden salad, it is a healthy way to eat your greens and protein!.

Toss with lime juice, olive oil and kosher salt:
Mixed greens
Watercress
Red onion, slivered
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
yellow peppers

top with croutons and a hard boiled egg, quartered!.

well the unhealthy part of an egg is the yolk!. unfortunatly its the best part!. stay away from salt!. if u need flavor get vegetarian salt!. i think thats what its called!. theres not many different ways u can eat a boiled egg!. have u tried organic eggs!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

peel the boiled egg, cut it up (no specific sizes) and add lemon juice, salt, olive oil and Sumac powder (a spice) OR instead of Sumac a little dried Thyme powder all to taste no specific measurement!. Delicious !!Www@Answer-Health@Com
