Question:

I need some tips/advice!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!?

Do you have any suggestions on how I can loose weight. I excercise a least 3 times a week and I"ve been doing that for a long time and it hasn't made a difference. Am I doing something wrong? Do you have and tips to help?


Answers:

Eliminate soda from your diet. Drink more water. Eat regularly so that your system never registers hunger pangs. Cut down on salt and processed foods -- the less steps your food goes through from the ground into your body, the better it is for you. Make sure you're getting your five fruits and veggies each day.

Even with the 3x/week workout, make sure you're doing both aerobic and strength workouts, and that you're increasing the amount of work you do in a workout -- more reps, more weight, maybe a longer time.

Increase the number of steps you take each day -- park farther away, consider walking/biking rather than driving when feasible.
