First of all DON'T starve yourself. second, eat very low fat + calorie foods like vegetables (didja know it takes more calories to eat celery than celery has in it) next excersise try running every morning and have a balanced breakfast everyday (studies show if you eat the same breakfast everyday it'll help your body maintain a balanced, normal weight for itself.
