Weight help!?!

Weight help!?

Ok, so ive been watching what ive been eating for awhile.

Ive been exersising 40 minutes a day too.

And I lost 5lbs in only 3 days.

I dont, and didnt weigh alot, just needed to loose a few pounds.

Should I worry about this cuz I havent been eatting alot?

I just havent been hungry.Thanks

I do bycycles where you lay on ur back on the ground and put ur arms behind ur back. Then you push up ur legs and do cycles with them for 40 minutes.

I sleep like i always do. No trouble at all.

i've heard weight loss can be a tricky thing. watch the movie supersize me. he gains so much weight from eating only mcdonalds for a month, then gets put on a special diet. he loses 75% of his weight pretty quickly, then the other 25% takes him a long long time to work off. so if you go from regular eating habits to eating healthier and exercising, i dont think 5 pounds is a whole whole lot. you might find it harder to lose weight if you keep trying.
