Weight loss for 13 year old?!


Question: Weight loss for 13 year old!?
I'm 13, 5'1 and 142!.8 lbs!. My BMI is 26!.8!. I'm supposed to be 98-132lbs!. I'm about 10 lbs overweight!. I know I'm young and I shouldn't be worrying, but I am!. I hate look in the mirror, and my self esteem right now!. I'm going through a tough time right now that no one knows how bad it is!. I would feel so much better about myself if I could lose about 10-20 lbs by the time school starts (end of august!.) It's summertime now, and I want to look good when I start freshman year!.
Could anyone give me some exercise and diet plan healthy for a 13 year old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't be frustrated!. You must be motivated!. The truth is, there is no magic pill, or magic diet!. It takes determination! You have about 10 weeks until school starts, you can easily lose 10-15 pounds by that time!. Here's what you should do:

1) Exercise every day!. By this, I mean, CARDIO!. You need to get your body moving!. Running, swimming, cycling, whatever turns you on!. But you need to do it 30-40 minutes each day!. I know there are days when you will not want to do it, but just tell yourself, "I'll do 10 minutes and see how I feel"!. In most instances, you will do your workout!. This is the most key of all suggestions you will receive!. YOU MUST BE DEDICATED!.

2) Lower your calories!. Don't eat after 6pm is KEY in losing weight!. Drink lots of water, even when you are not thirsty!. This fills you up!.

It's simple math -- lower your calories and up your exercise and you will lose weight in no time!

Lastly, its a very slow process!. Don't get discouraged!. Take it one day at a time and remember, this is for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the important thing about weight loss and gain is your mind set!. I think its good that you want to have a healthy body!. So this summer, have fun!. Don't even think about dieting!. Its fake!. No matter what you see on TV, its fake!.

Here is your summer plan, Have fun and Be Active!

1!. Find active things to do like: bike riding, roller blading, walking, softball, gardening, basketball, swimming, and so on!. Plan fun and active things to do with your friends!. See if you can participate in a local summer camp (like YMCA) for a week or two that has swimming or a sport you ENJOY! You can also do 3 sets of 15 push ups and crunches 3 times a week!.

2!. Eat good food! Tricky huh!? Not at all!. Explore some yum fresh fruits and veggies - summer is the perfect time to enjoy some sweet strawberries in the sun!. And don't forget to drink a ton of water! Not only is it good for your insides, it does wonders for your skin!. I like my water with a lemon wedge - its so refreshing!

3!. Love the skin you are in!. There isn't a worst poison than not loving yourself!. Having a positive self image will totally make it easier to take better care of yourself!. Think, "Health begins from the inside, out!"
