Question: Cottage cheese crash diet HELP!!!!?
okay well i got a dress and i have gained some weight n im the maid of hounor for my sisters wedding and i need to fit in the dress if i eat just cottage cheese and drink water will i lose weight, i dont care if i gain it back i just need to lose it for the wedding, also i havnt been on a crash diet before but my friend has, but do i eat cottage chesse when ever or is there a certin time i should eat it and for how long i want to lose like 10 or 15 pounds the wedding is in 3 weeks and i have tried losing weight by exersising but its not working!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'll be nice and give u sum great advice do the atkins diet! I dont think its really healthy but ur suppose to lose 10lbs in 2 wks and it does work my mom did it and I tried but I broke it lol but unless u continue eating like ur suppose to ull gain it back but u said u dont care so that shouldnt b a problem so ya do the atkins!. btw good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing 15 pounds in three weeks isn't even healthy for your body, so don't expect it to cooperate!. Your body will go into starvation mode and slow down your metabolism so that you will burn less calories!. If you are exercising, you are burning more calories, and replacing fat with muscle!. Muscle is more dense than fat, so it takes up less room, but weighs more!. Realistically, if you eat lots of fruits and vegetables with some protein thrown in there and exercise everyday, you should lose weight but it may not be enough!. Try a body slimmer or have your dress let out a little bit!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

water!.!.!.!.LOTS of it
fruits (fresh, not canned)
plain salad
cottage cheese (light or fat free)

60 minutes of high intensity cardio 6 days a week (always take at least 1 day easy!.!.!. go for a light walk!.!.!.!. to give yourself time to heal and prevent injury)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are not doing proper combination of exercises and thats why it may not work!crash dieting is silly and i wont suggest it at all!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
