Why did I gain 10 pounds since September?!


Question: Why did I gain 10 pounds since September!?
september 2007, i went into sophomore year in high school!. i have all honors courses, and i sleep for less than 6 hours a night doing homework!. i was (am) VERY stressed out!. i would cry myself to sleep being so stressed!. and my beautiful skin that i was famous for got all dull and it breaks out!. WORST OF ALL, I GAINED 10 POUNDS!. what is this!? how would i prevent this!? would this happen NEXT year too!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

a very important factor is how much sleep you get!. i was reading a book about this topic a few days ago and it said that no matter how much you diet and exercise, if you don't sleep enough it won't help you at all!. you probably gained weigh because of winter (most of us do) and maybe because you are stressed!. when you are feeling down you start to eat!. you see you're gettin fat and because of that you become depressed!. which makes you want to eat more!. it is a vicious circle!.


no, it won't happen next year if you take care of yourself, eat more fruits and vegetables, sleep at least 8 hours every night (they say teenagers need about 9) and relax!. have some time for yourself everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i swear to GOD its the stress!. thats why you're having skin problems!. when you get stressed out your skin produces extra oils which will cause you to break out!. so as hard as it is being an honors student, try relaxing more!. and the weight gain also stems from stress!. it happened to me too!. actually exercising is a double whammy!. It relieves stress and will get you feeling better about your body!. If you're not into running or weight lifting, kick boxing or zumba classes are always a blast and burn tons of calories!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you continue eating the way that you have and if you stop exercising, then you'll probably gain another 5-10 pounds next year!. Prevent this by learning how to deal with stress and making sure that you get at least 30 minutes a day to exercise!. Your mind works better when you're exercising, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I think the reason is stress!. When under stress, many people eat a lot and do not get enough sleep!. To prevent this try making a schedule and most of all DO NOT OVERWORK YOURSELF!. Try eating healthy foods too!. It might help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
