How can I workout at work?!


Question: How can I workout at work!?
Anyone know of any exercises I can do while I am working!?

I'm usually standing in the same spot (or around the same spot) for 8 hours a day!. I had reconstructive sugery on my knee, so maybe anything to help me rehab that!? Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Hook a resistant band to one both ankles and do side leg lifts with each leg!.

Knee bends!. Only till you feel them since your knee as hurt!.

Heel raises

stomach flexing!. clinch your stomach and hold ( act like you are sucking in your gut) then release!. repeat over and over till you get to tierd!. I try to do 3 sets of 15

Push off a counter with your arms!. Have your body at a slight angle to do a modified push up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could do calf raises, so just pushing off the ground with your feet lifting your body up!. Flexes, so if you have something heavy near you, try and push it, or if you have a desk try and lift it, knowing that you wont it still offers stress and signals to the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
