Question: What is the best way to get fit!?
i realy want to exersise but i can only go on the treadmill for a few mins before i have to stop as i get out of breath will i still lose weight if i run for 5 mins then have 5 mins rest then run again if i do that for an hour will it helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

To burn fat you need to do aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes!. Try getting off the treadmill and get outside!. Go for walks for 40 minutes every night!. That will help you build cardiovascular fitness!.

Also, get a book out of the library or book store!. Learn a little about stretching and start doing it!. It'll help calm your mind and it makes you sleep better!.

why do you get out of breath!? have you got asthma or are you over weight!.!.!.!.

depending on the reason you could just 5 minutes for now!.!.!. then increase it more every month, so 10, then 15 then 20!.!.!. its best if you have little or no breaks!. also having a low meat intake and high veggie and fruit intake!. eat chicken as a meat but anything else will make you gain weight like crazy!.

weigh lifting will also help, as it gets rid of any excess fat and helps you keep fit and strong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
