Is my workout plan okay?!


Question: Is my workout plan okay!?
Every other day I work out with dumbells (chest, abs, tri/biceps) and pushups for around 10-25 minutes at a time, 2-4 times during the night!. I'll take 30-60 minute breaks when I just can't lift anymore!.

Then every other day I do cardio from anywhere 30m-90m once in that day!.

Is this workout plan okay!? I'd like suggestions/recommendations on how I can improve!. I'm mostly focused on working out my upper body at the moment!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
