U shud start in a small way!. In any case, u shud start to

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got like this!.!. I used to slim + excercise + be all into my looks, like tanning, getting my hair done + going out + socialising!.!. Then gradually I just turned into a complete slob!.!. I couldn't even be bothered to wash properly!.!. I'd just sleep in right to the last minute, go to work, barely do anything, come home, promise myself I'd eat well, walk the dog + work out + maybe see a friend or watch a movie!.!. I'd end up checking my e-mails + staying there for hours!! Then before I know it, It's like 11!.30pm + the whole process begins again the next day because I didn't get enough sleep!. It bothered me so much, but I was too lazy to want to do anything about it!.

I tried to work-out + do simple things like have a shower + a shave + get up early to actually wear make-up the next day, but it never happened!.!. In the end I forced myself to do the things I didn't want to, it took like a month+!.!. But in the end the natural high I used to get from looking good + actually keeping simple things like my room clean + tidy came back!.!.

Maybe you should try a new hobbie to kick start it!?

I don't know what it is, but the last few months I've just felt tierd + lazy + like I don't want to do anything!.!. Even if it's in my benefit to do it!.

I honestly started wondering whether I had some kind of seasonal disorder + had gone like this because it's been so dark + cold for so long!.!. It's wierd because my Mum has gone exactly the same at the moment!.!. I don't know why people suddently go through phases of being a bit sad or a bit tierd or lazy for no real reason!.!. All I know is that it is just a phase + soon you'll feel yourself again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Let me tell you, it's sooooo easy to fall into this pattern!. The less you do, the less you want to do! Maybe you can try something different to motivate you!. Seeing as you're on the net, do a search & see if you can find something that interests you!. And if you can get a friend to join you, even better, you can help each other out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
