Answers:
I would describe this diet in the following way and there will be a brief explanation onwords!.
( PLEASE don't mind my friend!. I respect your question but as a biologist I am scared looking at your menu)

1!. This is not a balanced diet at all
( where is the proportion of protein, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins)

2!. There are too much calory contents!.
( You will no longer lose your any desire to eat)

3!. At a glance seems to be " a cool menu" ( But it is a " snack bar owned by a "Lazy" owner")

4!. Ratios are of " a quite nonsense proportion" :)
( take Protein-meat 1/2 pound: carbohydrate-200 g!. : peas-vitamins and salt and minerals 200g!.)

This kithen Chef should be immediately made redundant!. And let's be on a eternal dole!. :) :):)

Were I you, he would be fired on the spot!.:))

4!. Seems to be a diet for a hardworking and "soon examination appearing sudent's" temporary diet, who just has received some pocket money from his parents for useless spendings!.
(Conclusion: menu is too rich financialy to afford for everyday and also for everybody)!.

5!. Seems to me as if somebody is fighting for life survival under the fallen debris after a catastrofy!. And he has found some rest of left food in smashed cupboard)

6!.The best part of this diet is the dessert ( it is just like in a King's court-yard)

7!. Proportion of water and other fruit-veg- fluid is ok!.

8!. Everything too sweety and fatty and not good for many many sufferers from various ailments!.

I take pity that somebody had to eat such a combination of food! Did he feel OK next day or next few days!?!?!?!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.:):) :)

Best wishes:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
