Answers:
It's not a complete waste of money but ideally you should have creatine before and protein seperately after your workout!. Creatine is an energy boost system naturally occurring in the ATP cells, it's the thing that gives animals that extra burst of energy to get away from predators and the like!. Protein supplements are good because they will replenish spent protein in the quickest manner after a workout!.

You are just 17 and you may need to look at your body type before trying too hard to gain muscle and weight!.

There are basically 3 body types in humans called ectomorphs, mesomorphs and endo morph!. if memory serves me correctly (it has been 15 years since my instructor training) an ectomorph is your tall skinny fella ideally suited to endurance like marathon running and long distance events and endomorph is more likely to be thick set and is suited to power events and strenght whereras a mesomorph is an inbetweeny!.

If you feel you are an ectomorph you will find it more difficult to change the make up of your muscles which will be made up largely of slow twitch muscle fibres but it can be done!.

Also because you are 17 at the mintue your body, bones and muscles will still be maturing!.

Eat lots of protein, don't do too much cardio work (and what you do do, make it short sharp bursts like plyometric training) and give it time!. You might be 23 before you get it right and start to see some of the results you want!. It really does depend on how you train!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will!. But make sure you're doing a good workout!. You want to do the right excersizes, the right amount, the right weights, and the right form!. So run your workout by a trainer or some really buff guy!. Also, creatine will thicken your core a bit too!. I don't know if thats something you want or not!. Just don't plan on having big arms, chest, and shoulders, and having a thin waistline!. It won't necessarilly be fat, but thick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That supplement will simply cause you to gain weight!. Muscle mass is achieved by:

1!. Proper form
2!. Proper weight
3!. proper balance of reps and rest!.
4!. Diet using supplements is effective but only at higher level of muscle development!. Right now, you just need the basics!.

You need a trainer! Find someone at the gym that knows how and they will show you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need a product that has all essential vitamins and minerals in it with an extremely high percent of protein and very little fat!. But the best way is with no products just working out 3-4 times a week for an hour each session!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
