I'm excersering a lot more & want to firm my abs?
I'm excerisering a lot more & I want to tone my abs. But, I don't want to loose my butt in the process. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can do this.

Losing fat will definitely help tone up your abs. I wouldn't be too worried about your butt, it takes a alot to lose that cushion. You might add step-ups to your workout:
- Take a light to medium set of dumbbells
- Find a bench or other elevated, stable surface (start with knee height if you can)
- Step up onto the bench while holding the dumbells, alternating your legs
- Do as many as you can - once you hit 15 on each leg up the weight
That will make your butt muscle (gluteus) larger, so even if you lose a little fat in that area it should stay the same size (and look great)
