Eating Jambalaya while dieting - Weight Watchers?

Hi everyone, does anyone know if you can eat jambalaya while dieting and if so, how much of it can I eat. Does anyone know how the flex plan for weight watchers work?


Answers:

If you're on Weight Watchers, you can eat anything you like, but you have to keep the portions small enough to fit within your points target. For example, 1/4 cup of jambalaya is 3 points.

With the Flex Plan, you have a daily points target, for example 24 points per day. However, you also have 35 extra "flex" points per week which can be used whenever you like. You can use 5 a day or save them up for the weekend, whatever you want. It's easy but you have to be able to calculate all your food values and keep track of everything you eat.
