I would like to loose weight tell me the best ways?

I'm a vegeterian, I ocasionally eat pizza and I try to drink diet soda. I try to eat less and nutritious food but find it difficult to loose weight. I work full time so excersing is a little difficult but I do walk a lot.


Answers:

If you want to lose weight, there is only one way to do it: use more calories than you eat. This means you reduce or change what you eat, or you increase your activity level. There is no way around that, and I can't abide the thousands of books that have been written which try to skirt around that issue. It's pretty simple, and requires two sentences to explain. Do more, eat less.

Also, know that it's possible to be healthy and not look like a model... the weight standards for people are higher than you think, and most of the people on TV are in my opinion, underweight in an unhealthy way.
