My stomach looks flat when I stand up but when I sit down, it bulges! I exercise regularly and I'm very strict with what i eat, but my tummy seems totally reluctant to go! i feel so fat because of this, even though many of my friends say i'm thin alr, and they get pissed off when i say i'm not!.

What should I do to tone up more (intensive exercises) and to convince my friends to shut up!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

most girls have that!. it doesn't matter that much, but if it matters that much and you really want to get rid of it i know two perfect moves!.!.!.


the plank!.!.!.a yoga move where you hold pushup position for 1 minute about 8 times, and sit ups while lifting your legs up each rep (switching legs each time)

the reason why your not getting rid of the little bit on you lower stomach is b/c your not working out your lower abs and normal crunches or situps dont work them out!.

i trust both these moves to work!. as long as you eat healthy and everything you should be good!. don't starve yourself though, and you should be good!.!.!.

I would LOVE to have your stomach!!! You don't need to do any toning exercises!. You have a bulge b/c that's just the skin over your stomach that gets swished when you sit down!.!.!.!.believe me all the models have it!. Unless you remove your stomach skin (which is imposible), you will never lose it!. Enjoy ur body, take care of it (don't smoke)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont bother toneing up, you look absolutely great!
only if you want to of course!. stomaches are not everything

well lets c if ur basic cruches r not working then u should try this!.!. i use it 2 build up my 6pack every work out n for u it will just make iu slimer n when ur at the point u think u like than just stop or once n a ill do more, but over all u still have a pretty nice stomach!. start with a 5lb

It's normal for your stomach to sort of "bulge" when you sit down!. It looks like you have a pretty flat stomach to me!. Just keep eating healthy and exercising regularly!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, it's all in your own mind!. My stomach does that more than yours and I'm a semi-pro model!. You are not fat, you are actually better off than most females!. Your stomach is going to do that and it's not caused by fat, it's caused by skin!. When you stand up straight, your skin is pulled somewhat taut!. When you sit or slouch, you release the tension on the skin and create a bit of a skin bulge simply because the skin now has no tension and is very soft and flexible!. You can't deem yourself "fat" just because you have something that's normal!. Don't look at those models on tv and in mags!. The models on tv throw up/starve themselves almost to death and the models in mags are Photoshopped like crazy!!! Plastic surgery has a factor in it, too!. You're not by any means fat, so you really don't need all these intensive exercises that you are asking about!.
Look, just go look at my pics and see for youself!. You're normal and beautiful!
