Question: Help with Weight Lifting!.!?
Ok heres the deal im 240lbs 6'2 over weight never worked out before in my life wanna start got a weight bench and about 100 pounds win weights i don't have and dumb bells just resistance band!. i need a planed workout that i can do through the week!. i know nothing about exercise, how much weight am i suposta lift and how many reps!.!.!.!.!.!.clueless just wanna start getting in shape!. i need a workout plan like a scheduleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Start out with a small weight amount and then gradually increase as the week progresses to whatever extent you can handle!. Don't strain yourself or get hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
