Question:
This workout plan!???? HELP!!!?
I would like to lose 10-15 pounds by the time I Start Jr.High I start The 16th of July! Also I would Like to tone up!
My plan ( I made it up)
Bike 30 Minutes
Swim 25 Miutes
50 Crunches
Hand bike ten minuts
How is it would you change anything??

It's unlikely that you can safely lost that much weight in the next week and a half. Typically the most you can lose through diet and exercise is about a pound a week. However if you take an exercise plan and eat a healthy diet, there is no reason you can't lose the weight by September.
In regards to your plan, there is a good amount of cardio in there, but for toning you will need weights. Might I suggest:
Bike 20 minutes (30 seconds high intensity, 2 minutes low intensity - alternate for 30 total)
Swiss Ball crunches (sit on balance ball do regular crunch) - try for 25
Land swimmers (lay on your stomach and raise your opposite hand and leg at the same time - hold for 2 seconds) - try for 30
Swim 25 minutes
I would guess once you ge the hang of it the whole thing would take slightly less than an hour and putting the swimming at the end is a nice way to cool off.
