Question: If your a skinny guy working out!?
is there a point where you have to just accept that your arms are not going to get that much bigger without HGH, steroids, eatting inhuman amounts of food with protein!?

First off, you need to shock your body into growing!. Change up your current routine, and try preacher curls, side curls, and all of those other fun bicep exercises!. Next, start doing some tricep work if you aren't already - guess what, your triceps are the biggest muscles in your arms!. Get those bigger, and you will look stronger overall!. Not only that, but start benching, doing rows, and SQUATS! These are compound exercises that release natural growth hormones in your body, and will "shock" your body into growing!. Finally, start eating right!. Cut down on the junk food, and sorry, but you are going to have to start taking in more protein!. Like already said you need to focus on the big compound movements!. basically you have to squat and deadlift your way to bigger arms each of the two exercises triggers something like 50-80% of the bodies muscles and that means release of natural growth hormons and whole lotta mass!.

you could give this routine a try and see what you think!.!.!.

day 1:
squat 5 x 5 reps
benchpress 5 x 5 reps
shoulder press 5 x 5 reps
abs(weighted) 4 x 10 reps

day 2:
deadlift 5 x 5 reps
bent over barbell rows 5 x 5 reps
reverse Grip Chin Ups 5 x 5 reps
abs(weighted) 4 x 10 reps

day 3:
squat 5 x 5 reps
incline benchpress 5 x 5 reps
dips 5 x 5 reps
abs(weighted) 4 x 10 reps

you can add an extra exercise for lateral shoulder, calves and lats!. if you havent done the exercises before take like a week where you train all the exercises each training session with low weight and like 3 sets of 12 reps or soemthing!.
Most important is you need to increase the weights whenever you can so you keep progressing and remember to lift heavy!(safety first)
