Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in 10 days?!


Question: Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in 10 days!?
Right now 123 5'4 23 years old!. At 113 pounds I would still be at a healthy weight (going by BMI charts)!. What would I need to do to lose 10 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i should never reccomend this to anyone, but there is a trick called exorexia!.

you eat about 500 calories for breakfast, to trick your body into thinking its gonna be doing good!. then you excercise heavily!. running lifting biking the whole lot!. throughout the day eat small things, an apple or bowl of cereal at about 100 calories each, special k is great for this!. spread that out for about 5 meals, so at the end of the day you've only consumed about 100 calories, but your body feels decently content!.
keep excercising heavily all day!. between the two tricks you should burn about 2000 calories in excercise and 1000 extra from metabolism, almost a pound a day!. its a horrible thing to do and spawns an eating disorder very fast, but you gotta do what you gotta do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

and you completely healthy right now
at your height you should be 114 - 127
so if you were to be 113 you would be considered underweight by 1 pound :P
but if you want weight loss just exercise and go a on diet your probably not going to loose ten pounds because you don't need and if you do it the healthy your body wont let youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Start doing long session (45 minutes to an hour) cardio workouts at a medium pace!. For that short a period of time, go on a super low calorie, high fiber diet!. Avoid fat like the plague, and eat more protein (add a multi-Vitamin supplement)!. That will only work for a couple of weeks, then your body will catch on, your metabolism will slow down and you will regain the weight!. For a long term solution, eat 4-5 small, healthy meals each day!. Balance your caloric intake; 50% to 60% carbs, 20% to 30% fat, and 15% to 25% protien!. Continue with the longer duration, medium paced cardio sessions, and throw in some weights!. Just an opinion, but 5'4", 123 lbs, sounds pretty good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, why just 10 days!? It is really unhealthy to lose 10 lbs in 10 days, but it is possible!. I do agree with you that 113 lbs is healthy weight for 5'4"!. You can lose 10 lbs in 10 days by doing South Beach diet or fasting!. Make sure that you drink 8 glasses of water daily!. Don't eat anything sweet or salty!. Eat fruits, vegetables and lean meat for the ten days instead of bread, rice or pasta!. Don't drink softdrinks!. Exercise for an hour or two everyday, if you can handle it!. Have you heard of the After 6 diet!? basically, you just don't eat anything after 6pm!. This is also effective and will help regulate your bowel system!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dear god, you don't need to lose any weight!.

I would say "sure, you could lose 10 lbs of water weight" (hell, I can gain or lose 8 in a day)!. But I kind of doubt that YOU could!. You don't have that much to begin with!.

there is no healthy way but you can take a bunch of laxatives!. when i was joining the army some people who weighed too much lost weight really fast by wrapping themselves in suran warp when they went to sleep because it makes you sweat immensely and it really works pretty fast!. just try to make yourself immensely hot and sweaty with things like that and garbage bags when u go to sleep!. it sounds icky and weird but it worked for them and if anyone knows how to get omeone the right weight fast its a army recruiterWww@Answer-Health@Com

to me 8st appears too small for someone ranging at 5ft 4, i say stay as you are!. your just under 9st and that is prefectly healthy!. dont change :)
