If you're talking about lovehandles then I swear by leglifts!.
While laying down, raise your legs up to a 90 degree angle, then lower them down to a 45 degree angle!. Hold that position for about 10 seconds, then raise your legs back up to the 90 degree position without touching the floor!. Basically repeat this motion for 2 sets of 15 reps, or until you cry!.

I think any core exercises, maybe google that!. I also would think that ab exercuse would help that back zone as well!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
