Fats are mainly carbohydrates that have not been burned or used up by the body, so they get stored under the skin!. When you exercise its important to make sure that you sweat a lot because sweating helps you lose excess water and minerals in your body ( water makes up some of the fat look ), while exercising needs energy, your body gains such energy by burning the fats it had previously stored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
