Question: Banana!? Instead of bread!?better for diet!?
Hi there!. I've been on a low-carb diet for about a year!.!.!.but i became tired of having low-energy (even though i lost weight) and i exercise pretty much daily; so it became a problem!.!.!.!.Anyway i just started eating whole-grain bread (and have kindof been going overboard with it!.!.!.oops) and its given me energy; but now I'm getting headaches!. I was wondering if u guys thought a banana would be a good alternative instead of the bread!?!?-also I'm afraid of eating banana Bcause it packs so many carbs and has a high-glycemic index!.!.!.!.!.what do you think!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Oh-I am so not in favor of the low carb diets because of this!! They are not healthy for the long run!.

A banana is good for you-go ahead and eat it!. All fruits and vegetables are good for you!

Some other foods that will give you energy are nuts, peanut butter, eggs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
