Question: For those of you who have lost over 10 lbs!?
howq did yo do it!?
i find it so hard!.what kept you going to loose weight!?
i see beautifull bodies nad wish i was looking liek that!. but then i seee food and forget all about that!. what can i do to keep me going for this goal!?
im 150 LBS and want to loose 30 LBS i have cut down on food but i still eat junk food which i cant pass up i mean now inst4ead of eating the whole bag i eat half and im etting to eat 1/3 of the bag now so im slowly cutting down on food and i love salads so im eating that as much as i can BUT its so hard to skip a good meal thats so tasty!. please any help will be gratefull i relaly want to loose this weigh as fast as i can (i know it takes time)but i dont wnt to be in a diet OR not eat at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to loose wieght is to drink 8 glasses of water a day and when ever u have a craving just do something fun to forget about it!. Dont eat junk foood every calorie counts trust me this is how i learned!.o and every exersize counts!. if u walk for 1 min u will loose like 58 or 60 calories! here are 25 rules to loose wieght and keep it off!
find a healthy wieght range for your body type

set small, relistic goals

add physical activity inyo your daily life

Remember that every bit of exersiz counts

Add wieght training as a part of your exersize routine

Eat regular meals

Eat more vegatables

cut back on refind(white) flour

choose low fat and low calorie foods!.

bake, broil or grill food!. instead of butter and sause

plan ahead , bring fruit instead of junk foods

et when you are hungry

Eat slowly and stop when ur full

Eat smaller portions

Aviod fat diets

drink five to eight glasses of water a day

cut back on sodas and other high-sugar foods

aviod or cut back on alcohal

wieght your self once a week

distract yourself from carvings

get support

Dont give up if you have a setback

be realistic

Aviod eating as a way to cope with stress

congradulat your self for getting healthier!.

I recommend Weight Watchers because you can eat what you want, but in the right portions sizes!. I lost 10 pounds in less then a month after starting it!. Plus, you need to become more active (i!.e!. walking, aerobics, etc)!. Wanting something is a give and take!. I stopped using " Plates" to eat off of and began using the "Saucer" as my plate I can get a lot less on the saucer; therefore, I have reduced my portion size!.
For Holidays I'll probably take a paper plate and cut it to the size I want, then fill it up ( it will be a little larger than the saucer)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat on a child's plate, it really helps with portion control!. Wait 20 minutes before you go for seconds to see if you are full and your body just hasn't registered yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

be really strong with urself about stopping junk food for just 1 week and i swer u urself will suddenly feel better because junk food gives u cramps and makes u feel tired!.

annd from then on the weight will fall off treat urself maybe just once a week after the strict week, and be;ive m u urself will actually feel ur body egting uncomfortabe with the junk food!.

begin to walk up and down the stairs, obviously holding the banisters whether running or walking as the exercise could make u miss a step and fall down!.

i started walking up and down the stairs uptil i got tired, i continualy did this whenever i got time, so nearly 2 or 3 times a day, slowly i started getting more stamina and began running,(HOLD THE BANISTARS), i also began doing sit ups before meals, at first i could hardly do 5 but then i managed to get a far as 100 day!.

im telling u small changes like this wil garantee definatly a stone of ur weight but it will definatly take time, at the end its well worht it though!Www@Answer-Health@Com
