Does sleeping burn extra calories?!


Question: Does sleeping burn extra calories!?
Someone told me this and I wanted to know if it's true or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
You burn far fewer calories while asleep!.
You do however burn more calories during your day when you are well rested and have a much easier time losing weight and keeping it off!.
Studies have shown that those that sleep at least seven hours a night have a much lower occurance of obesity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it doesn't burn "extra" calories, but you do burn calories when you are sleeping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
