Exercises professionals?!

Exercises professionals?

I know it is not good to life weights for the same mucsle everyday. You are supposed to workout the msucle and then have a days rest to let it repair itself. Is it okay to excercise and work your ab muslces everyday?


Answers:

I wouldn't suggest it. They are muslces just like any other muscle and need the rest as well.

I would do situps every other day, then maybe do squats or something on the other days. Squats primarily work the legs, but still slightly work the back and abs.
