I need to loose arm fat! anyone know a quick fix?
im 15 5'7'' and wheigh 147 lbs. im not over wheight but i have annoyingly big arms (so does my mom and her mom). i really need a good workout to tone my arms. I run almost everyday and i used to whieght train, but nothing seems to work. please help.

there is no quick fix or you will gain it all back.
cardio is the only way to reduce body fat (we cant spot reduce it naturally) so do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (preferably 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) - running, jogging, swimming, cycling, rope jumping, elliptical, hiking etc.- dont do the same cardio all the time, mix it up and keep your body guessing.
