I am 45 lbs overweight and I want to lose those pounds in 3-6 months...?
Is this realistic??? How can I accomplish this??? How much time should I spend doing exercise a day... and what type of excercises?

My hubby has lost alot of weight by taking fruit an veggies to work eating them through out the day then having a nice healthy meal at dinner time. I am talking about 8 quart size bags or more a day filled. So his belly is always satisfied.
