Question: HELP Please!!!I need to lose 50lbs!?
Okay heres the deal i use to weigh 105 and I'm 5'3, A lot of people use to think that i was to thin but i was happy with it!.!.!.now several months later i weigh 155lbs, i can't believe it i know i look a lot bigger but 155lb is too much!.!.i feel disgusted with my self, i didn't even know what i look like at 120 but 155, honestly i think the scale was off cause i don't think i look that big, thats too elephant like for me so i want to lose 50lbs in 6 months, I've already been hittin the gym any suggestion

Im not going to get too indepth, but basically, drink alot of water, and focus on eating plenty of fish and greens!. Stay persistant, and dont get down on your self!. When you catch yourself cheating on some junk food, spit it out of your mouth and grab an apple, or some spinach instead!. One thirst quencher you ought to try is: (mix in blender)

milk, berries(of all sorts--lots of em!), spinach, broccoli, protein powder, ice, banana!. this has about 2 servings, basically a full meal!

Well if you people thought you were too thin at 105 and you feel bad when you are 155, I think you should find a happy medium!. Dont focus on the numbers though, get to the point where you feel good and happy and do what works for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

max 3 lbs/month, more than that you sacrifice your health and growth!. lots of walking 3 hour a day everyday, drink cold water a lotWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can do it!. but its going to bed hard work!.
Ive been doing it for 5 months!.
Lost 35 pounds!.
just itll be a tad harder cuz 155 isnt that big since i started at 210 lol!.
But all i can recommend is keep hitting up the gym
Eat all your meals!.
No candy chocolate or fast food!. you no the obvious!.
Find out how many calories u can have a day and eat that many!. Because if u dont have enuff calories in a day your body shuts down and makes it harder to lose weight!.
Also i recommend going to www!.sparkpeople!.com
they have everythin there that can help you!.
