Working out fast or slow?
Which one gives you better results?
*When I say fast I mean like doing sit ups fast and when I say slow I mean doing sit ups in kinda like slow motion.*

definatly slow for sit ups, bc it works ur abs more. sit up, hold for a count of 1-2-3-4 and then *gantly* lower back down. it will hurt. lol
