Is it true when people say your suppose to burn more than what you eat?!
Question:
Is it true when people say your suppose to burn more than what you eat?
Now how can that be possible? If I eat 1600 calories a day how long will that take me to burn at the gym...I would faint before im done...and then I will have no more calories for my body to rely on..Can someone clear this up for me please..
Answers:
Don't forget that your body burns between 1600 and 2000 calories a day just functioning (keeping body temp at norm, standing, digesting, etc.). So you don' t need to burn all of your consumed calories at the gym. The problem is when people eat 3000+ calories a day and don't do any exercise so those excess calories turn to fat.
