Question: How to lose 15 lbs in two months!?
I weighed 120 when i graduated about a year ago!.!.and now i weigh 145!.!.i can see a lot of weight on my face, stomach, and legs!. I want to lose 15 lbs in a month!.!.does anyone know a great way to lose that weight!? I know that running helps!.!.!.but is there another way!?!?!.!.(other than going to the gym)!.!.please no smart a** remarks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

15lbs in two months is completly obtainable, but without going to the gym your going to have to cut back your calories, quit a bit!. Probably to 900-1,000!.!.!. and yes I know this is Unhealthy, Im just answering your question!. Also if you absolutly do not want to go to the gym, do little things like park your car farther away, if you do housework put more effort into it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to weigh 120 and up until 1 month ago I weighed 150!. I started cutting my calories and drinking green tea and water!. I havent been going to the gym and so far Im back down to 136!. Drink Lots of water and take a water pill!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
