My husband like thin girls and I want to lose weight I am 25 years old, 160 lb, 5 feet 5 inch !.!.!.!.!.
I want aneasy way that I could lose weight with out paying money!.!.!.!.!.I gained about 15 pounds in the last 8 month because I stay alot at home because I study and I don't work!.!.!.!.!.!.

At Wal-Mart they have 1 dollar work out videos!. Go get some and start using them!. Take a half hour walk each and every night, build up to 45 min!. Get a pedometer and make sure you walk 10,000 steps a day!.

To lose weight for another person generally makes a person even unhappier and makes them eat more!. Find out WHY you want to eat, what is the main reason you are sticking more calories in than burning!. That can help you more than you can imagine!. Keep a journal and log when you are eating when you don't need to be!.

Don't buy the junk food, don't keep it in the house!. Make yourself walk to the store to go get it if you want it, only buy one serving!.

Quit staying at home so much!. I know you say you need to study, but make some time every day for yourself!. Start feeling worthy enough to make the time for you!. Get a hobby that burns calories!. Golf, tennis, swimming, walking with a buddy, riding bikes!.!.!. whatever!.

Next thing!.!.!. realize that eating plays a large part in losing weight!. Starving yourself doesn't allow you to lose fat, it stores everything you do put in for fat and uses your muslces to feed itself!. Hence, many who starve themselves look worse!. Also, eating 3 to 5 times a day will help you lose weight!. Eating breakfast starts your matabolism, skipping it keeps your body in sleep mode!. Eat the right kinds of foods, keep it a balanced diet!. One with protein, carbs, fruit and even vegetables!. Carbs are an important part of the diet, it's like the gasoline that goes into a car, your body doesn't run right without them!. Over eating carbs or any one item, isn't good!. You can eat too much fruit, too much vegetables, too much protein!. Cut down your meal size, don't over eat, don't eat when you aren't really hungry (except for breakfast!)!. Allow yourself a day where you can eat the stuff you want, but don't over do it!. You want a hamburger, stick to ONE on Saturday, no other days (make it a small hamburger), take your time with it!. Enjoy it to it's fullest!. You want fries, stick to eating just a handful once a week!. Pick something you really want that week and earn the right to eat it!. Exercise 3 times a week, minimum!.

At your height, weighing in at 130 to 135 is a healthy looking weight, especially if you build up any muscles, muscles make you look thinner!. They don't bulk you up, like many people think!. That takes so much more to bulk up!. You aren't that heavy, and you shouldn't want to try to be super thin!. It's not realistic or healthy!.

While you are sitting there and studying there are things you can do as well!. Buy yourself some cheap 2 pound hand weights!. While reading, do 10 curls with one arm, then switch arms!. Rest and then do it again!. While reading, do butt clenchs, they make your toushy look awesome! You can also teach yourself how to sit and stand a few times while reading!.

You can teach yourself to do a tummy crunch while you are sitting there taking notes!. Sit up straight, then hold in your tummy and crunch it down!. Guaranteed to feel it! You can do side bends while on a chair!. Sit straight, hold in your tummy and tighten up your legs!. Go from the down position (while sitting) to fully upright!. You'll start to feel the burn after awhile!.

Do you know that many of those women he is looking at on magazines are touched up!? They aren't as thin as they look!. It's called editing!. They've touched up photos for far more years than you've been alive! It's not real!. The amount of makeup that they wear also hides their true face!. Another illusion for a magazine!. Actresses also wear so much make up that you can't see who they really are either!. That's why papers make so much catching them with their make up off!. That's the real person!. That's why they don't feel glamorous, because they know what's real about their faces!.

Being overly thin means you lose things like!.!.!. stamina and health while it causes one to be grumpier!. Every wonder why so many men are with women who aren't perfect sized!? It's because it's about the person and not the weight!. Every wonder why so many super thin women aren't married!? It's becasue it's not about the weight!.

Look around!. Bet you know many people who would love to have a marriage like yours, even if it meant having your body instead of theirs!. Part of your eating might be in feeling not perfect enough!. You have got to let it go!. I agree that you could shed a few pounds to be healthier, but i think you need to do it in a healthy way!. I think you need to find what causes you to over eat!. Or there could also be a medical problem as well!. A good work up never hurts before losing some pounds!. Like a thyroid can cause weight gain and certain medicines can as well, like birth control pills!. They have hormones in them that cause a woman to gain and makes it harder to get the weight off!.

Stress is also a huge factor in weight gain, going to school and studying can be a huge amount of stress, especially doing it while married!. Try to remove some of the stress from your life and try to find an hour a day to go stress free!.!.!. like meditation or some other type of activity that makes you go to a quiet place!. Like a hot bath!.!.!. or sauna!.!.!. something!.

OK first there is No easy way to LOOSE WEIGHT you put it on over 8 months it will take about that long to take it off!. BUT it is pretty simple!. Start by exercising 3 to 4 times a week 30 minutes a day walk to don't start running a brisk walk its not going to feel like much and its not supposed to you are getting your body used to the idea of working out!. do this for 4 weeks after that move your workout up to 45 minutes by adding 15 minutes of simple weight training push ups, sit ups, pull ups, dips, start by doing three sets of 10 except for pull ups where 3 sets of 2 are fine!. after about 8 weeks of this type of training you can start running or jogging starting at 1 to 2 miles on monday and working up to 3 miles on friday then back to 1 to 2 on Monday after that you are on your own!.

As for diet if its a potato a pasta or a rice of any kind until you get down to your weight you want THEY ARE OUT!!!! Chicken Turkey fish sea food good!. Beef anything FRIED BAD!. Vegetables except for potato product that includes sweet

At 5 feet 5 inches you're not fat!. If you want to lose weight, lose it for yourself, not him!.

The key to losing weight is very simple You burn more calories than you take in!. Studying or work has nothing to do with it!. Get off your butt and walk around the block a couple of times a day!.
